Sara is a Nationally Certified and North Carolina licensed as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, as well as a North Carolina licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 20 years of experience and practice specializing in Medical Massage.
Sara's passion and desire to help people feel better, move better, and have the highest quality of life continues to motivate her to learn various techniques and modalities to offer the very best care to her clients.
Sara offers sessions ranging from therapeutic rehabilitation to relaxing spa treatments. An integrated session with Sara could include: John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR I, II, FP, UW), Muscle Energy Techniques, Strain Counter-Strain, Therapeutic Stretch, Neuromuscular or Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Techniques.

Mira's interest in holistic health began almost 2 decades ago while she ran a holistic beauty salon in Philadelphia, PA. She also ran her own Massage and Bodywork business in NJ for 13 years. Mira is a graduate of Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia and is a Certified Therapist of the American Organization of Body Work Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). She is also a member of ABMP. She is currently a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in NC# 14217. Mira's Continuing Education involved studying and traveling throughout China. She is a Certified Shiatsu Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master and teacher who understands the natural ways of healing. Mira also attended the Asian School of Healing Arts, Rizzieri School of Healing Arts and the Omega Institute in NY. Her background also includes training in Macrobiotic Shiatsu, Acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, Reiki, Crystals and Chakra balancing with etheric weaver, Japanese Hot Stone Massage, Healing Touch, Reflexology, Oriental Pulse and Tongue Assessment, Oncology Massage and Animal Energy Healing Therapy.

Jennifer Lanzetti, LMBT
NJ and NC#14210 Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist
Born and raised in Northern NJ, Jenn chased her dream in July 2023 to move to coastal NC.
In 2010, after 20+ years in the legal field, she decided to make a career change into Massage Therapy. She graduated in 2011from The Institute for Therapeutic Massage in NJ, with focus on medical and therapeutic needs. Soon after graduating, she started working in a Physical Therapy and Spine Center for 10 years helping to rehabilitate patients with a wide variety of physical injuries.
Hip & knee replacements, ankle/foot surgery, spinal surgery, plantar fasciitis, migraine/tension headaches, TMJ, sciatica, Prenatal (after 1st trimester), professional athletes and marathoners are among those she can confidently focus on to get you feeling the best you can be.
She credits her 14 years of experience, skills and understanding of the body to the medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and orthopedic doctors that mentored her in being part of the healing process for clients. Jenn has also worked with Veterans and has experience with amputees and those with prosthetics.
She enjoys and specializes in Therapeutic Deeper Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Cupping, Scraping, Prenatal, and relaxing Swedish. She will customize each session to your needs.

Rebecca was born and raised in New Rochelle, New York where she will always remain deeply rooted, however living in coastal NC has given her a new found love for the ocean. Becca delivers high quality specialty services such as Swedish massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Asian Cupping and Gua-sha.

I am a retired registered nurse who has 50 years of working in the medical field. My experiences in nursing are many as one would expect. My areas of expertise were in surgery (35 years), school nursing (5 years), and long-term care (10 years). I also completed two years of holistic nutrition training. My retirement has now opened a whole new way for me to care for people. Coastal Body Contouring opened in September of 2021. Wilmington, NC, has been very receptive. I am dedicated to my clients who, like myself, have searched for this type of non-invasive fat loss. I practice by three words: MOTIVATION to get started to meet your body goals… EMPOWERMENT to become informed, and… WORTHY. All of us are worthy of self-care without feeling selfish.
